Mahwah, NJ:  The Ramapo College women's volleyball team earned a key NJAC conference win tonight over Kean University 3-1 (25-22, 23-25, 25-23, 25-9). The Roadrunners move to 13-5 overall, 3-1 in the NJAC while the Cougars drop to 10-14 overall, 2-2 in the conference. 
NJAC women's volleyball player of the week, 
Larysa Iwaskiw, hit .301 in the match with 31 kills to lead the Roadrunners. Iwaskiw's kill total was the second best of her career. She also tallied a team high 21 digs along with a perfect passing percentage. 
Emily Guzman hit .333 in the match with nine kills while 
Rachel Selmore added five kills of her own. Ramapo pounded out 54 kills on 162 attempts with 22 errors to hit .198 in the match as a team. 
Kaitlin Mac Iver dished out a team high 46 assists while she recorded three kills and 13 digs. Guzman led the team with five aces while 
Kristen Behrens and 
Emily Harris collected 17 and 12 digs on defense respectively. 
For Kean, Kassie Hernandez led the team with 10 kills and 14 digs while Brett Harper added eight kills of her own. Vikki Stec and Joelle Tondi each collected seven kills and Lisa DeGroot recorded a match high 27 digs. Nicollette Poveromo added 14 assists while Kendall Sonico dished out a team high 18. The Cougars hit .062 in the match with 36 kills on 161 attempts. 
The Roadrunners return to action on October 13th when they travel to NJAC rival Rowan University for a match at 7pm.
