Pomona,NJ: The Ramapo College women's volleyball team fell short to the Profs of Rowan University, 1-3 (24-26, 25-18, 19-25, 14-25) tonight in a New Jersey Athletic Conference match-up on the road. With the loss the Roadrunners fall to 13-6 overall and 3-2 in the conference. Rowan gets their fourth win in conference play to improve to 4-2 in the NJAC, 10-11 overall.
The Roadrunners hit a combined 42-151 with 25 errors in the loss going .113 on the night.
Larysa Iwaskiw led the team hitting .115 with 21 kills on 61 attempts and 14 errors.
Emily Guzman collected ten kills and
Rachel Selmore contributed eight kills of her own on the night.
Kaitlin Mac Iver dished out 32 assists and Iwaskiw led the team's defense with 13 digs. Ramapo combined for four team blocks and Selmore led with three assisted blocks on the night.
The Roadrunners return to action on Thursday, October 15th when they host Rutgers Newark at the Bradley Center at 7pm.
