Mahwah, NJ: The Ramapo College women's soccer team recorded a convincing win over the City College of New York 9-0 this afternoon at the Athletic Center. The Roadrunners improve to 9-5-1 overall while the Beavers now stand 2-12-1 overall.

Senior's
Alexa Ragusa and
Nicole Ninomiya put the Roadrunners on top in the first half with two goals apiece. Ragusa tallied the eventual game winning-goal for Ramapo in the 22nd minute (21:20) off an assist from
Amber Hermanns. Ragusa tallied the second goal of the game again off a pass from Hermanns in the 35th minute (34:55) before Ninomiya scored her first two goals of the game in the 38th minute (37:18) and 45th minute (44:10), extending the Ramapo lead to 4-0 heading into halftime.

Senior
Rebecca Galarza tallied her first career goal for the Roadrunners in the second half in the 71st minute (70:24) before Ragusa scored her third goal of the game off an assist from rookie
Gabrielle Gentilucci in the 72nd minute (71:13). Galarza tallied her second goal of the game (72:34) before Ninomiya added her third goal of the game off a pass from Ragusa (83:29) for an 8-0 lead. Ragusa then scored her fourth goal of the game in the 87th minute (86:35) for a final score of 9-0.

Ramapo recorded 58 shots, 35 on goal while CCNY did not record a shot in the game. The Beavers goalie, Emily Ramos, tallied an impressive 26 saves in the game for CCNY.
