Mahwah, NJ: The Ramapo College women's tennis team defeated NJAC rival Stockton University today at the Athletic Center 9-0. The Roadrunners improve to 10-1 overall with their seventh straight win and 4-1 in the NJAC. The Ospreys fall to 6-3 overall, 3-1 in the conference.
Singles action was highlighted by
Tamila Kadyer-Akhunova who came back in second singles and won 6-4, 4-6, 10-5 while
Vasundhra Gandotra won 4-6, 7-5, 10-5 at third singles.
Ramapo returns to action on October 19th when they host the City College of New York in a non-conference match at 4pm.
