Brooklyn, NY: The Ramapo College men's soccer team defeated Medgar Evers College today on the road, 7-1. The Roadrunners improve to 5-2-1 overall while Medgar Evers drops to 1-2 overall.
Ramapo got on the board in the 6th minute of the game when senior
Dan Boffa scored his fourth goal of the season off a pass from sophomore

Modou Sowe tallied his team leading sixth goal of the season off a pass from
Andrew Kirshteyn in the 13th minute, 2-0. Kirshteyn scored his own goal of the game in the 13th minute to make it, 3-0, sophomore

Lucas Tasci found the back of the net, 4-0, off a pass from
Kevin Villanueva. Rookie
Justin Olaya posted his third goal of the season in the last second of the first half, unassisted, to take a 5-0 lead into halftime.

Dennis Amuzu scored his first goal of his career to start the second half, 6-0, Olaya recorded the assist.
Medgar Evers got a goal from Zeakiel Daley off an assist from Denzel Sebastian in the 64th minute of the game. Rookie
Brandon Baxter scored an unassisted goal in the 73rd minute for the Roadrunners, extending the lead to, 7-1.
Ramapo held a 21-7 advantage in shots in the game and a 4-0 margin in corner kicks. Rookie
Ryan Sprague collected four saves in the goal for Ramapo.
The Roadrunners return to action on Saturday when they host Richard Stockton College in the first NJAC conference game of the season at 1pm.
