Alfred, NY: Women's Volleyball Head Coach Rob Pichardo earned his 200th career coaching victory at Ramapo College today with a 3-0 (25-14, 25-16, 27-25) blanking of #4 Rutgers-Newark University in the semi-final of the 2014 ECAC Championships.

The #1 Roadrunners move onto the ECAC Championship match against #2 Ithaca College today at 4pm.

Pichardo who is in his tenth season at the helm of the Roadrunner women's volleyball program, now stands at 200-114 overall. He has led the program to ten straight NJAC Tournament appearances and four appearances in the ECAC Championships. In his career as a head women's volleyball coach this was also Pichardo's 300th career coaching milestone. Pichardo previously earned 100 wins at the City College of New York in six seasons with the program.

In the semi-final match the Roadrunners were led by
Larysa Iwaskiw who posted 10 kills, five digs and one block, while
Emily Guzman added eight kills, eight digs and three blocks.
Katelyn Ward added seven kills and led the team with seven total blocks, including two solo blocks.
Kaitlin Mac Iver dished out 24 assists and posted three aces and seven digs while
Irmak Dagistanli led the team on defense with 25 digs. The team hit .158 in the match. Head coach Rob Pichardo earned his 200th career coaching victory with the Roadrunners and his 300th career win in women's volleyball.

The Scarlet Raiders were led by Karolina Kopacz with nine kills while Sahree Gordon added seven of her own. Sue Riley posted a team high 19 digs while Kathy Hormaza posted 15 of her own. Nathalie Breining dished out a team high 19 assists.
