Mahwah, NJ: The Ramapo College women's tennis team extended their win streak to four matches with an 8-1 win over Hunter College at the Athletic Center Tennis Courts.
The Roadrunners now stand at 4-0 overall while the Hawks drop to 0-1 to start the 2013-2014 season.
Ramapo won all three doubles matches before heading into singles play.
Carly Agrifolio seemed to have one of the toughest matches of the night with a 7-6 (7-0), 6-2 win at second singles while
Stephanie Abrecht won 6-3, 6-0 at third singles.
Micala Demchak picked up a win at fourth singles, 6-2, 6-4 while
Katrina Biss won at fifth singles, 6-3, 6-1.
Karina Antequera wrapped up play in singles action with an exciting, 4-6, 6-1, 10-6 win.
The Roadrunners return to action tomorrow afternoon, September 12th at 4:00pm when they host non-conference rival the College of Staten Island.
