ROGERS LEADS RAMAPO AT NYU FASTRACK INVITE

New York, NY:  Anita Rogers led the Ramapo College indoor track and field team at the NYU Fastrack Team Challenge today at the New York Armory hosted by New York University.

Rogers won the triple jump with a mark of 12.01-meters, also an ECAC qualifier. She also took home a second place finish and ECAC qualifying mark in the long jump in 5.72-meters. Her marks in the triple jump and long jump are ranked third overall in NCAA DIII this season. In the preliminaries of the 60-meter dash, she posted an ECAC qualifying time of 8:04.

Chelsea Clark took home a fifth place finish in the 60-meter dash, setting a new personal best and ECAC qualifying time of 7.95. Lindsey McKee clocked in at 5:31.14 in the mile run for a 14th place finish.Lindsey Michaliszyn clocked in at 11:10.94 in the 3,000-meter race for a tenth place finish, while Jessica Bunone (11:43.48) and Siobhan O'Brien (12:05.08) finished in 13th and 15th place respectively. All three women set new personal bests. The 4x200-meter relay team finished in fourth place with a time of 1:48.44. The 4x200-meter relay team was made up of Chelsea Clark, Jasmine Hammonds, Brianna Williams, Alicia Green.

Stephanie Encarnacion finished tied for 10th place in the high jump with a mark of 1.55-meters. Teresa Kirkpatrick placed eighth overall in the shot put with a mark of 10.20-meters while Natalie Scanlan placed tenth overall in the weight throw with a mark of 11.91-meters.

The Roadrunners return to action Saturday afternoon, when they travel to the Princeton Invite hosted by Princeton University.
