Box Score Staten Island, NY: The Ramapo College women's soccer team posted their first win of the 2012 season today, 1-0 over Benedictine University at the CSI Fall Classic.

Alexa Ragusa hit the back of the net with just about a minute left to play in the first half, scoring the game winner which held until the final buzzer. The goal was scored off a cross from Catherine Giancaspro.

Junior net minder Talia Auslin made five saves in the full game appearance posted her first shut out of the year. The Lady Roadrunners out shot Benedictine 17-10, holding a 13-5 edge after the first half.

Candace Rodgers made eight saves for Benedictine in 90 minutes in front of the net.

The Roadrunners return to action on Saturday, September 8th when they play host to Mt. St. Vincent at 1pm.
