Glassboro, NJ: The Ramapo College men's swim team fell to NJAC rival Rowan University today on the road, 183-79. The Roadrunners now stand at 4-2 overall and 2-2 in the NJAC.
Stephen Fox won the 100-yard backstroke when he clocked in at 54.86 while Philip Sokoloff won the 500-yard freestyle in 5:05.42. The 200-yard medley relay team made up of, Fox, Rich Maier,
Mike Waterhouse and Sokoloff placed second overall in 1:41.12. Maier and
Robert Stein finished in second and third place respectively in the 100-yard breaststroke with times of 1:03.13 and 1:03.67. Fox also finished third in the 50-yard freestyle when he posted a time of 22.31.
The Roadrunners return to action when they travel to the Metropolitan Championships hosted by Rutgers University on February 17-19th.
