Box Score Mahwah, NJ:  The Ramapo College women's soccer team fell to the Valiants of Manhattanville College, 2-1 today Athletic Center. The Roadrunners fall to 2-7-2 while the Valiants improve to 2-10 overall.

Susan Hayes put Ramapo on the board in the 44th minute of the game with her fifth goal of the season off a pass from Rebecca Maccia. Ramapo out shot Manhattanville in the first half, 13-6.

Early in the second half, Manhattanville scored back to back goals to take a 2-1 lead over a 1:29 time span. Morgan Rebollal and Brittney Smith each tallied unassisted goals for the Valiants, 51:34 and 53:03.

The Roadrunners were unable to score again although they out shot their opponents, 15-4 in the second half. Talia Auslin posted four saves for Ramapo while Bridget Miranda tallied 15 saves for Valiants.

Ramapo returns to action when they host John Jay College on October 10th  at 4:00 PM.
