Mahwah, NJ: The Ramapo College women's soccer team fell to the Scarlet Raptors from Rutgers-Camden University today, 2-0. The Roadrunners fall to 8-7-1 overall, 2-4-1 in the NJAC while the Scarlet Raptors improve to 7-9-1, 2-4-1 in the conference.
Rutgers-Camden took a 1-0 lead in the 38th minute when sophomore Dana Jarow (Sicklerville, NJ) scored off a pass from senior Jessica Leoni (Blackwood, NJ), her 11th assist of the season.
Rutgers-Camden held a 5-1 shot advantage in the first half. In the 50th minute Leoni scored her fifth goal of the season, putting the Scarlet Raptors ahead 2-0.

Jessica DaRold (Sayreville, NJ) recorded five saves in the loss.
Senior Heather Thom (National Park, NJ), set a new school record as she played in her 80th career game to break the program record set by Katie O'Connor (2003-06). Thom has played in every one of Rutgers Camden's games during her four-year career.
The Roadrunners return to action on the road as they travel to the College of NJ on October 24th at 11:00 AM while the Scarlet Raptors take on New Jersey City University at 3:00 PM.
