Purchase, NY:  The Ramapo College women's soccer team fell on the road, 2-0 to Manhattanville College. The Roadrunners now stand at 4-6-1 overall while the Valiants improve to 6-7.

Sophomore Holly Nonis (Brampton, Ontario) scored two goals for the Valiants, one in each half. While sophomore Ali Bromson (Suffield, Conn.) posted three saves in the shutout victory.

Sophomores Melissa Demko (East Brunswick, NJ), Brittney Harraka (Clifton, NJ) and junior Margaret Sciarretta (Kearny, NJ) each recorded shots on goal in the game. Junior goalkeeper Jessica DaRold (Sayreville, NJ) stopped four in the loss.

The Roadrunners return to action on the road at the College of Staten Island on October 11th at 1:00 PM.
