Mahwah , NJ : The Ramapo College men's basketball team cruised by the Cardinals of York College today, 96-72, at the Bradley Center in Mahwah recording their second victory of the 2004-2005 season. The Roadrunners improve to 2-0 overall while the Cardinals drop to 1-3.

Senior guard AMIN WRIGHT (Jersey City, NJ ) led the Roadrunners netting 26 points and grabbing seven boards while dishing out a team-high five assists. WRIGHT grabbed five steals while senior point guard DERRIK HOLLEY (Jersey City, NJ ) grabbed four of his own. BENJAMIN ALLEN (Clifton, NJ ) and AHMAD MOSBY (Jersey City, NJ ) recorded 15 and 14 points respectively shooting a combined 10-17 from the field and sophomore transfer TODD LOWBER (Riverside, NJ ) led the team in rebounds with eight. LOWBER dropped in eight points in the win. The Roadrunners shot 41% from the field behind the Cardinals' 44%. Ramapo stretched their lead to 20 in the first half while leading by as many as 28 in the second half of play.

For the Cardinals, Kwesi Liverpool ( South Ozone Park, NY) and Reyaad Mohamed (Ozone Park, NY ) led the team posting 23 and 16 points respectively while Jalon Holmes (East New York, NY ) led the way in rebounds grabbing ten. Hollmes grabbed four steals in the loss.

The Roadrunners return to action on Wednesday, December 1st at 8:00 PM whne they travel to Kean University
