Mahwah, NJ: The Ramapo College men's basketball team won their eighth straight as the dropped the Lions of The College of New Jersey, 84-70. The Roadrunners remain in first place in the NJAC improving to 15-2 overall, 9-1 in the conference. The Lions fall to 10-7 overall, 3-7 NJAC.

Ramapo led the entire game, and led by as many as 23, shooting 29-60 (48%) from the floor over TCNJ's 27-82 (32%). Junior JARED MILLIGAN (Ringwood, NJ) led the team recording a double-double with 16 points and 11 boards while AMIN WRIGHT (Jersey City, NJ) netted 13 points of his own. JAY DEGROAT (Middletown, NY) and TENNYSON WHITTED (Jersey City, NJ) added 11 and ten points respectively. WHITTED dished out six assists in the game.

For TCNJ, Derick Grant (Belle Mead, NJ) recorded 18 points and four rebounds while Kyle Burke (Maywood, NJ) added 16 points of his own. Leroy Peterson (Trenton, NJ) netted 11 and pulled down seven boards.

The Roadrunners will travel to William Paterson on Wednesday, January 29th at 6:00 PM.
