Polo earns the first NJAC Runner of the Week honor after competing in the Ramapo Invitational contested at Deer Path Park. She opened her senior season by placing second in a field of 88 runners in the 5K race with a runner-up time of 20:18. The performance by Polo helped propel the Roadrunners to a third-place finish in the nine-team season-opening meet.
