Ilinets becomes the second different Roadrunner to earn NJAC Player of the Week honors after going 3-0 in singles play during Ramapo’s final week of the regular season. He opened the week by posting a 6-2, 4-6, 14-12 win at fourth singles during a 5-4 non-conference road match victory at Drew. Two days later, he posted a 6-1, 6-0 win at fourth singles, while teaming with Joshua Halperin for an 8-0 pro-set win at third doubles during a 9-0 road victory at Albertus Magnus. He then wrapped up the regular season with a 6-1, 6-1 win at third singles, while teaming with Bryce Blumenthal for an 8-0 pro-set win at third doubles during an 8-1 victory over USMMA-Kings Point. Ilinets has won his last four consecutive singles matches for the NJAC runner-up Roadrunners.
