Ramapo College of New Jersey Athletics

Hernandez picks up his second straight NJAC Indoor Track Athlete of the Week honor of the young season after leading Ramapo at its own Season Opener meet at the 168th Street Armory. He won the 800 meter race with a time of 1:53.49, out-kicking the field by five seconds which included runners from NCAA Divisions II and III. The time marks the best in the NJAC this season and bumps him up to third on the national performance list.
