Hernandez earns his first NJAC Indoor Track Athlete of the Week award on the heels of the best mile performance in the NJAC this season. He clocked a 4:10.95 to win the mile in a field of 42 competitors across all three NCAA divisions at the Ramapo Indoor Select meet. His converted time of 4:14.17 ranks first in the NJAC and ninth nationally, and also hit the ECAC qualifying mark. Hernandez is the reigning NJAC Men’s Cross Country Runner of the Year.
