Almeda earns her second straight NJAC Rookie of the Week honor after helping lead Ramapo to a 4-0 week including pair of conference wins. She tallied 35 digs, 14 kills and a team-high nine aces on the week, and recorded a .973 passing percentage and .283 hitting percentage. Almeda recorded a week-high 12 digs in a conference win over William Paterson, and four kills each in three wins over NJCU, Manhattanville and Hunter. She is the top-ranking freshman in the conference with 2.74 digs per set, and is second among all NJAC players with 0.58 aces per set.
