Cristea earns NJAC Women’s Indoor Track Athlete of the Week after competing at Ithaca Col- lege’s Bomber Invitational. She placed second in a field of 11 competitors in the pentathlon with a score of 3,070. She produced a first-place showing in the pentathlon 60 meter hurdles with a personal-best time of 9.67, while also placing second in the pentathlon 800 meters with a time of 2:34.27. The performance by Cristea in the pentathlon currently leads the NJAC and ranks 10th nationally in Division III.
