Dowell earns the final NJAC Men’s Outdoor Field Athlete of the Week selection, his sixth of the season, after traveling to Newark, OH to compete in the NCAA Division III National Outdoor Championships hosted by Ohio Wesleyan University. He placed 10th in a field of 20 national competi- tors in the triple jump with a leap of 14.39 meters. The 2014 NJAC triple jump champion, Dowell qualified to compete in the event at both the NCAA indoor and outdoor national championships during his sophomore season.
