Traore is named the first NJAC Track Athlete of the Week for the 2022-23 indoor season after blazing into the record books to kick off his senior year. He broke his own NCAA Division III indoor national record in the 300-meter dash tonight when he crossed the finish line in 33.64 seconds while also breaking his own school record. Traore also posted a school record in the 60-meter dash with a time of 6.76 seconds which is also 16th on the all-time NCAA Division III list. Traore placed second overall in both events competing against both unattached professional and NCAA Division I athletes.
