Brown becomes the second different Roadrunner to earn NJAC Men’s Indoor Track Athlete of the Week honors after traveling to New York City to compete at the Metropolitan Championships contested at the New York Armory. He placed third in a field of eight competitors in the 60 meter dash with an ECAC qualifying time of 6.99. He also placed fifth in a field of 26 competitors in the 200 meters with an ECAC qualifying time of 22.45. He also notched a second place finish in a field of 17 competitors in the long jump with an ECAC qualifying leap of 6.72 meters. The performance by Brown in the 60 meter dash currently ranks as the 16th best NCAA Division III time in the event this season, while his mark in the long jump currently ranks 32nd nationally in NCAA Division III.
