Ansley becomes the second different Roadrunner to earn NJAC Men’s Indoor Rookie of the Week honors after traveling to New York City to compete at the Saturday Night at the Armory meet contested at the New York Armory. He placed fifth in a field of 44 competitors in the 200 meters with an ECAC qualifying and school-record time of 22.36. He also placed fifth in a field of 44 competitors in the 60-meter dash with an ECAC qualifying time of 7.04. The performance by Ansley in the 60 meters currently ranks as the 16th best men’s NCAA Division III time in the event recorded during the 2011-12 indoor season.
