Herbert earns NJAC Swimmer of the Week honors for the third time this season after competing in the Roadrunners NJAC meet against Rowan. Individually, she placed first in the 50 freestyle (24.52), the 100 freestyle (53.76) and the 200 freestyle (2:00.65) events. She also was a member of Ramapo’s 400 medley relay which posted a runner-up finish in a time of 4:12.97. All three of Herbert’s winning individual performances represent conference-best times in those events this season.
