Almirante earns NJAC Player of the Week honors after posting 2-0 records in both singles and double during a pair of NJAC victories for the Roadrunners. She first posted a 6-0,6-1 win at second singles while teaming with Brittany Pitts for an 8-1 win at third doubles in Ramapo’s 9-0 NJAC win over William Paterson. One day later, she helped the Roadrunners secure a second place finish in the NJAC by posting a 6-4, 6-1 win at second singles while teaming with Erin Gerhard for an 8-2 win at third doubles in a 6-3 conference road win at Richard Stockton. Almirante finished her NJAC season with a 4-0 record in conference play at second singles.
