Jacob earns the first NJAC Player of the Week selection after hitting .750 (9-for-12) with a double, seven stolen bases, four RBI, and five runs scored in a 3-0 opening week of play for Ramapo in Myrtle Beach, SC. He kicked off his junior season by going 4-for-5 with four stolen bases, two RBI, and two runs scored in the Roadrunners’ 11-6 season-opening victory over Neumann. He later helped secure a double-header sweep of Neumann by going 1-for-2 with a stolen base and two runs scored in a 3-0 game two win over the Knights. He wrapped up the first week of play by going 4-for-5 with a double, a walk, two stolen bases, and a run scored in an 11-4 victory over Susquehanna. Jacob has been successful on seven-of-his-first-eight stolen base attempts on the season.
