Coach Tiffany Fischer enters her fourth season with the Lady Roadrunner volleyball program.
Fischer returns to her alma mater after a very successful career at Ramapo both on the volleyball court and softball field. As a member of the Roadrunner volleyball team from 2008-2011, Fischer set the All-Time assists record, finishing with 3,408 career assists. She also holds the record for most assists in a single season when she dished out 1,144 in 2009. The team posted a 95-41 overall record and 25-6 in NJAC conference play from 2008-2011. The Roadrunners made it to the NJAC Tournament all four years along with three ECAC Tournament appearances.
On the softball field, Fischer split her four year career between short stop and left field. She is ranked 14th on the Roadrunner career hits list while she is 11th on the career doubles list. The team posted a 108-52 overall record and 47-25 NJAC record. The Roadrunners earned a trip to the NJAC Tournament all four years while making a trip to the ECAC Tournament in 2010 & 2011.
Fischer also excelled in the classroom as she was named to the Capital One Academic All-District First Team presented by COSIDA and NJAC Honorable Mention All-Academic Team while earning the NJAIAW Female Student-Athlete of the Year. She was a member of Lambda Delta Tau's honors society and the Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC).
She will complete her bachelors degree in communication global media cinema with a minor in psychology in January '13.
Fischer currently resides in Woodcliff Lake, NJ.
