Coach Bill Lee enters his sixth season at Ramapo College as an assistant coach.

Lee is currently the Club Director for Jersey Girls Volleyball Club, better known as DIGS, "Do It Garden State". DIGS is a not-for-profit girls volleyball club dedicated to developing middle school and high school female student-athletes in the northern New Jersey and downstate New York region. DIGS supports 135 families comprising ten teams with athletes ranging from 12 to 18 years old. DIGS is one of the premier volleyball clubs in the region with a competitive reputation for over 20 years.

Coach Lee has coached with DIGS for the past nine years leading multiple teams to Regional and Junior Olympic National Championships, while also spending time developing the sport of volleyball in New Jersey with Little Spike, a youth program which introduces volleyball to children ages 6-12. Last season he led a 15 team to a second place finish with a record of 39-6. He also assisted with the 18 National team who won the National Bid to compete in USA Volleyball Girls Junior Olympic Championship held in Atlanta Ga. He is in his fifth year of coaching with Six Pack Boys Volleyball Club, Coach Lee has led his 16 year old team to gold at the regional finals, earning the Bid to compete at Junior Olympic Nationals which were held Minnesota this year.

He is a certified USA Volleyball IMPACT, CAPI, and CAP II Instructor, and spends time conducting multiple volleyball camps and clinics. It is his fourth year coaching with USA Volleyball High Performance Youth, Select, and Future Select. This year he served as the Head coach for the Regional High Performance team to compete in USA Volleyball's High Performance Championships in Tucson Ariz.

Lee resides in Bloomfield, New Jersey with his wife Greta, daughter, Phylicia and son Tyler.
