Kayla Gencarelli enters her second season on the Roadrunners coaching staff after being hired for the 2018 season.
 
Gencarelli played two seasons on Kutztown University’s club women’s lacrosse team before transferring to Kean University. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Kean in 2014 and is currently working towards a masters in Special Education with the option of Applied Behavior Analysis.
 
Coach Gencarelli is a coach in the Parsippany youth organization and an assistant coach for 8th and 9th graders.
