Coach Justin DeFeo enters his seventh season on Coach Eineker's staff. Coach DeFeo duties include; player development, scouting, film exchange and the recruitment of student-athletes.
Prior to Ramapo, Coach DeFeo earned his bachelor's of science in sports management from Centenary College in 2008, as he played two seasons of basketball and was a four year member of soccer team. Coach DeFeo earned his Master's Degree in coaching and leadership administration from Concordia University in 2012.
He spent two seasons as an assistant coach on the Centenary College men's basketball staff. The team compiled a record of 24-28, including two appearances in the Colonial States Athletic Conference playoffs.
Coach DeFeo also spent one season as assistant varsity coach at Hawthorne high school and has worked camps with the Hoop Group, Seton Hall women's basketball camp and been a staff coach with the Hoopdreamz AAU program.
