Coach Joseph Kirk enter his sixth season on the Ramapo College women's basketball staff. He comes to Ramapo after most recently serving as the Head Girl’s Basketball Coach at Pequannock High School where he led the team to a nine win season.
For two seasons prior Kirk led the Parsippany High School girls to the winningest season in five years, clinching the first NJSIAA State Championship Tournament berth in four years, after inheriting the program which collected just two wins the previous season.
He served as an assistant coach at Ridge High School in Bernards Township for two years in which they won 17 games and made an appearance in the NJSIAA State Tournament.
During the summer months Kirk serves as the Assistant Camp Director for Ridge Summer Shootout Basketball Camp, a position he has held since 2013, teaching children ages 4-8 the fundamental skills of the game.
Kirk is a 2011 graduate of Rutgers University, New Brunswick and presently serves as a middle school music teacher in Fair Lawn.
He currently resides in Oakland, NJ.
