Coach Bridgette Buckalew returns to her alma mater this season as an assistant coach under head coach Mike Eineker.
A four-year member of the women’s basketball team from 2014-2018, Buckalew played in 92 games while starting 76, including ever game from her sophomore through her senior year. She averaged 24.4 minutes on the court while she totaled 290 rebounds, 213 assists, 111 steals and 369 points during her career.
Coach Buckalew also excelled as a member of the Ramapo College Community, she was as three-year member of the Student Athlete Advisory Committee and was named SAAC President her senior year. She is also a member of Alpha Lambda Delta Freshman Honor Society, Psi Chi International Psychology Honor Society, Chi Alpha Student-Athlete Honor Society and Chi Alpha Epsilon National Honor Society.
Coach Buckalew graduated with a degree in Psychology and a double minor in Neuroscience and Gender Women’s Studies. She is currently perusing her master's degree in Exercise Science and Physical Education, with a concentration in Sports Administration and Coaching at Montclair State University. Coach Buckalew is also graduate assistant in the Exercise Science Department at MSU, working closely with faculty and graduate students.
