Coach Rachel Watkins enters her second season with the Roadrunner program and will assist in jumps and hurdles. A 2013 graduate of Monmouth University, she completed her degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing.
Coach Watkins is the school record holder in the high jump, with a mark of 5'10" and 400-meter hurdles, with a time of 58.28. She is a two-time NEC Champion in the 400-meter hurdles and high jump (2011-2012). She also won a conference title in the 100-meter hurdles (2013) and indoor 400-meter (2010). Shww was crowned the Division I ECAC Champion in the 400-meter hurdles and earned NCAA All-American honors in the 400-meter hurdles in 2013.
Watkins was a local standout athlete at Indian Hills High School, graduating in 2009.
