Coach Frank Codina is entering his seventh year as an assistant coach for the Ramapo College men’s basketball team.
Codina is the Director of Player Development for the New Jersey Mavericks Basketball Club and serves as the head coach for the NJ Mavericks Girls’ 2013 national team.
He began his coaching experience as the boys freshman coach at St. Joseph’s in Hudson County from 1983-1985, before taking over the junior varsity program in 1986. For three seasons, 1990-1993, Codina served as an assistant coach for Hasbrouck Heights High School, while also taking the head coach position for the Riverside boys’ team.
For more then seven years, 2002-2009, Codina served as the Travel Team Director and coach for the Mahwah Boys' and Girls' Recreation Programs. He has experience as a personal trainer and team instructor, working with various club teams throughout the years. He has served as a Camp Instructor for the Nike/5 Star programs and has coached at various College Summer Leagues.
2015-2016 Season
