Head Coach Rachel McHale enters her first season at the helm of the Roadrunner Field Hockey program.
Coach McHale is no stranger to the NJAC, as she recently wrapped up a season on the coaching staff with Montclair State University, where she assisted with game-day strategy, designed practice plans, and recruited with a focus on talent identification. As a head coach of the Falcon Field Hockey Club, McHale guided her teams at National Showcase Tournaments, including Shooting Star and the National Field Hockey Coaches Association Winter Escape.
Coach McHale graduated Magna Cum Laude from Fairleigh Dickinson University in December 2023 with a degree in Hospitality Management & Event Planning. As a student-athlete at FDU she appeared in 52 games and was a two-year captain. She also played one season at Wagner College.
