Head Coach Kelsie Stefkovich enters her second season at the helm of the Ramapo College field hockey program after taking the reigns as the interim head coach (2023) and one season as the assistant coach (2022).

Coach Stefkovich (formerly Murphy) was a member of the William Paterson University field hockey team for two seasons (2020 & 2021) where they who won the 2020 (Spring 2021) NJAC Championship. Was a part of the Pioneer squad who earned the Zag Field Hockey/NFHCA Division III National Academic Team Award.

She is a graduate of West Milford High School and attended Appalachian State University before transferring to WPU. She graduated with a bachelor degree in Physical Education (K-12) and earned a Health Education Certificate. Coach Stefkovich has prior experience coaching West Milford’s Youth travel field hockey team and with elite level camps and clinics.

Following her collegiate career, she joined the coaching staff at Falcon Athletics while also accepting a job as a middle school health & physical education teacher in Butler, NJ. Coach Stefkovich also volunteered with the high school's field hockey program and West Milford High School girls lacrosse program.
