General Information FOR GIRLS GRADES 9-12 FUNDAMENTAL TRAINING/ ADVANCED TRAINING OFFENSE: I. Learn proper mechanics of Hitting/Bunting II. Leverage points of the swing III. Proper baserunning skills DEFENSE: IV. Learn proper throwing mechanics V. Proper fielding techniques and drills PITCHING: VI. Learn proper pitching mechanics MENTAL: VII. Mental Game Skills / Life Skills / Building Confidence VIII. Classroom Sessions / Chalk Talk Camp will be staffed by the Ramapo College Softball Coaches	Schedule Check-in 15 minutes prior to your selected session. Session 1: Pitchers & Catchers 10:00 AM - 11:15 AM Sessionn 2: Hitting & Baserunning 11:30 AM - 12:45 PM Session 3: Defense: 1:00 PM - 2:15 PM Q&A with Players and Coaches 2:15 PM - 2:30 PM Schedule subject to change Please bring cleats, all softball gear, water and your own snacks if needed. *In case of inclement weather, please call: 201-684-7680 and listen to the message about the camp.
