At Ramapo College, the athletic department also offers intramural and recreation activities including flag football, basketball, volleyball, soccer, and ultimate frisbee, to name just a few.   Intramurals Everyone Can Play Intramural sports offers all Ramapo College students, faculty and staff the chance to participate together in a wide variety of team sports, individual sports, and special events. Everyone is given the chance to compete, stay fit and make some new friends, regardless of your ability level. Whether it's your first time playing or not, intramural sports has the right league for you!	There are also nine competitive club teams at Ramapo including cheer and dance, ice hockey, indoor soccer, Esports, Men's & Women's Tennis Club, Volleyball and Rock Climbing. Competitive Sports Clubs These club sports at Ramapo College practice, travel and compete throughout the year.  Anyone interested in becoming a part of a competitive sports club team should contact the intramurals office where you can be put in touch with the appropriate coach or team captain.
