Mahwah, NJ: The New Jersey Athletic Conference announced the 2026 NJAC Softball All-Conference Team where two Roadrunners were named to the squad. Senior Alex Hastings and sophomore Emily Ehrmann each earned their first NJAC post-season honor. All selections and special awards were made via a vote of the league's 10 head coaches and were based on conference-only statistics.

Ehrmann was named NJAC Second Team All-Conference after she posted a .413 batting average including 19 hits, four doubles and two triples against NJAC competition. She also posted 10 RBI and 12 runs scored against the league. On defense, Ehrmann led the team with 97 putouts while adding six assists and did not make an error at first base. She also helped turn three double plays in conference play. Overall, she posted a .321 batting average with 27 hits including four doubles and two triples while driving in 13 RBI and scoring 17 runs. On defense she led the team with 177 putouts while adding 12 assists with just one error in 190 chances for a .995 fielding percentage. She helped turn seven double plays this season with the Roadrunner defense.

Hastings was named NJAC Honorable Mention All-Conference after posting an in-conference batting average of .315. She tallied 17 hits including two doubles and one triple while she drove in 11 RBI and scored five runs. She finished 5-6 in stolen bases. On defense, she tallied 15 putouts and five assists in the outfield. Overall, Hastings recorded a batting average of .308 while posting 32 hits including four doubles and two triples. She drove in 22 RBI and scored seven runs while collecting six stolen bases.
