Camden, NJ: The Ramapo College men's tennis team earned a 7-2 road win at Rutgers-Camden University this afternoon, their fourth straight. The Roadrunners improve to 5-1 overall and 1-1 in the WIAC while the Scarlet Raptors now stand at 0-9 overall and 0-3 in the WIAC.
Ramapo won two team points in doubles action when
Alejandro Pacheco and
Bobby Ciarletta earned an 8-2 win at first doubles.
Nate Cooper and
Julian Baretto posted an 8-1 win at second doubles.
In singles action, Pacheco won 6-3, 6-0 at first singles while Ciarletta won 6-1, 6-0 at second singles. Cooper posted a 6-1, 6-0 victory at third singles while Baretto won 6-3, 6-2 at fourth singles.
Joseph Moon earned an 6-0, 6-2 win at fifth singles.
The Roadrunners return to action on April 23rd as they host Oneonta at 4:00 PM.
