Mahwah,  NJ:  The Ramapo College Department of Athletics has announced a recent decision to transition the men's and women's tennis programs to competitive club teams beginning in the Fall. 

The College's club sports program has grown increasingly competitive and decorated in recent years.  Most recently, the dance club won the 2023 National Championship in Hip Hop, and the ice hockey club secured the 2022-2023 Empire Conference Championship.  

By expanding opportunities at the club level, more students will be able to enjoy competitive play as Roadrunners. This will set Ramapo College Athletics on an inspiring path toward building athletic programs on all levels that could continue to be among the most competitive in the State and the region.
