Hilton Head, SC: The Ramapo College men's tennis team dropped three matches at the Spring Tennis Fest as the Roadrunners evened their overall record to 3-3.
The Roadrunners fell to Webster University, 5-4; Loras College, 7-2; and Shenandoah University, 6-3.
Webster University Match
Ramapo highlights:
Siddharth Byreddy and
Kenny Elliott earned an 8-6 win at first doubles.
Matthew Doran posted a 6-2, 4-6, 10-8 at third singles while Elliott earned a second singles victory, 6-1, 6-3.
Loras College Match
Doran and
Alejandro Pacheco won 8-7 (7-3) at second doubles while
Bobby Ciarletta earned a 6-3, 4-6, 12-10 victory at fifth singles.
Shenandoah University Match
Byreddy and Elliott (8-7, 10-8) won at first doubles while Ciarletta and
Nate Cooper won 8-6 at third doubles. Ciarletta won at 6-0, 6-2 at fifth singles.
Ramapo returns to action on Monday, March 20th when they travel to Purchase College for a non-conference tennis match at 4pm.
