Winston-Salem, NC: Cheickna Traore advanced to the finals in the 200-meter dash at the 2022 NCAA Indoor Track & Field Championships.
 
Traore posted a prelim time of 21.80 seconds in the 200-meter dash, which is second fastest time at Ramapo. He finished second in his heat and fifth overall. In the 60-meter dash he clocked in at 6.93 seconds finishing 18th place in the prelims. Traore will compete in the finals of the 200-meter dash on Saturday at 4:20pm where the top eight will earn NCAA All-American honors.
 
Chris Andersen competed in the prelims of the mile where he posted a time of 4:23.54 finishing 20th overall. The top ten finishers advanced to the finals.
