Boston, MA: Three Roadrunners from the men's indoor track and field team competed at the David Hemery Valentine Invite at the Track & Tennis Center hosted by Boston University. The trio set new school records, personal best marks and NCAA DIII top ten times.

Cheickna Traore posted two Ramapo College school records in the 200-meter dash and the 400-meter dash. In his first race of the day, the 200-meter race he posted a time of 21.34 seconds, setting a new school record, #1 in the NJAC and personal best time. His time is converted to 21.74 seconds for a banked track and is in the top five in the NCAA DIII this season. In the 400-meter race, Traore posted a new school record and personal best time of 48.25 seconds, which is the #1 in the NCAA DIII this season and #1 in the NJAC.
Steven Fiumefreddo ran two races this afternoon and set personal bests in both. In the 3k race he clocked in at 8:28.24 which is 2nd all-time at Ramapo and #1st in the NJAC. In the mile run, he posted a time of 4:16.22 which is 5th all-time at Ramapo and 3rd in the NJAC.
Chris Andersen ran the mile and clocked in with a time of 4:06.59 which is a NCAA DIII top 10 time and 2nd all-time at Ramapo. His time is also a personal best and #1 in the NJAC this season.

The Roadrunners return to action on Feb. 21st when they compete at the NJAC Championships at the Ocean Breeze Athletic Complex which starts at 4pm.
