Mahwah, NJ: The Rutgers-Camden women's tennis team defeated Ramapo College this afternoon 5-4 handing the Roadrunners their first loss of the season. The Scarlet Raptors move to 1-1 overall, 1-1 in the NJAC while the Roadrunners now stand at 2-1 overall, 2-1 in the conference.

Roshay Baez won at third doubles 8-4 to earn one point for the Roadrunners.
Melanie Brentnall posted a 6-1, 6-1 win at third singles while Nicole Gaham posted a 6-1, 6-0 win at fourth singles. Vibulbhan won at fifth singles, 6-3, 2-6 (10-8) for her second win of the day.
The Roadrunners return to action on Saturday, April 17th when they host NJAC rival the College of New Jersey at Noon.
