Mahwah, NJ: Senior forward
Carla Goodwin of the Ramapo College women's soccer team tallied four goals in a 5-0 shutout win over New Jersey City University today at the Athletic Center. Ramapo earns their first win of the season and moves to 1-11-1 overall, 1-6-1 in the NJAC while the Gothic Knights drop to 3-9-3 overall and 0-7-1 in the conference.

Goodwin scored two of her four goals in the first half. She took a pass from senior
Lauren Vladyka in the 19th minute (18:53) to put Ramapo up 1-0 before scoring the second goal of the game off a pass from senior
Cammi Plage in the 29th minute (28:26) for the 2-0 lead.

In the second half, Goodwin would push the score to 4-0 with her third and fourth goals of the game. In the 46th minute (45:29) she connected once again with Vladyka before sophomore
Sam Ingannamorte earned the assist on the fourth goal of the afternoon and Goodwin's fifth of the year in the 59th minute (58:56). Vladyka pushed the score to 5-0 in the 78th minute as sophomore
Ashley Agrillo earned the assist, this was Vladyka's third goal of the season.

Ramapo held a 20-11 advantage in shots in the game while they earned five corner kicks to NJCU's three. Junior
Emma Conlan posted nine saves in the shutout victory in 90 minutes of action. For NJCU, Angie Paz tallied five saves in 58:56 while Cidney Lee-Sam collected one save in the final 31:04 of the game.
