Box Score New Haven, CT:  The Ramapo College men's tennis team swept GNAC rival Albertus Magnus College today, 9-0. With the win the Roadrunners move to 8-5 overall and 3-0 in the GNAC while the Falcons now stand at 8-6 overall and 2-1 in the GNAC.
 
The Roadrunners earn their 7th straight GNAC South Regular Season Championship and will host Albertus Magnus in the GNAC South Division Semifinal on Saturday, April 27th time TBD. The winner will advance to play the GNAC North Division Semifinal winner on May 4th.
 
In doubles action this afternoon against the Falcons, Mike Abelev and Cyrus Dastparvardeh posted an 8-2 win at first doubles while Alex Kogut and Bryce Blumenthal recorded an 8-1 win at second doubles. Kevin Ilinets and Josh Halperin posted an 8-0 shutout at third doubles. Singles action was highlighted by a 6-0, 6-0 win at second singles by Avelev while Matt Borenkoff came back to win at sixth singles 6-3, 7-6 (7-3).
 
The Roadrunners return to action on April 18th when they host the United States Merchant Marine Academy at 4pm at the Athletic Center.
