Mahwah, NJ: The Skidmore College women's soccer team defeated Ramapo College today 4-1 at the Athletic Center. Skidmore stands at 3-8-2 overall while the Roadrunners now stand at 4-10 overall.
Jemimah Cochrane scored a late first half goal (41:04) to put Skidmore on the board 1-0 as Yasmine Boukari earned the assist. Skidmore posted 12 shots in the first half to Ramapo's five.
In the second half, Skidmore would score three straight goals extending their lead 4-0. Courtney Shaw tallied an unassisted goal (55:50), her first of the season before Boukari added back-to-back goals in the 70th (69:59) and 74th (73:12) minute.

Skidmore held a 29-7 advantage in shots in the game including 19 on goal to Ramapo's seven on goal. Roadrunner goalie
Elizabeth Harvell posted a season high 15 saves in the game. Alyssa Rollins recorded six saves in the victory for Skidmore.
Ramapo returns to action when they travel to Rowan University on Saturday, October 21st at 1pm. The Profs who are ranked #20 in the latest United Soccer Coaches Top 25 Poll defeated the Roadrunners during the 2016 season 5-1. N. Vizcaino scored for the Roadrunners while Harvell posted five saves.
